Randall Anzalone is a senior operations, strategy, and finance leader at Walmart, where he leads U.S. Inventory Accuracy and Visibility initiatives. In this role, Randall drives large‑scale innovation to improve unit‑level visibility and location accuracy across Walmart’s end‑to‑end supply chain—from distribution centers to the sales floor.
Previously, Randall led Walmart U.S. transformation test‑and‑learn programs, guiding new capabilities from concept and pilot through enterprise deployment. His background spans leadership roles across Walmart U.S. Operations, Walmart Realty, and Walmart International, as well as technology and innovation program management and corporate strategy and finance.
Before joining Walmart, Randall held finance and forecasting leadership roles at Victoria’s Secret Stores and Intel Corporation.
Randall holds a master’s degree from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
