Becky Vogel is the Senior Vice President of North America Operations at PVH Corp., where she leads strategic initiatives to streamline operations, optimize processes, and drive scalable growth across brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
With more than 26 years in the apparel industry, Becky has held leadership roles across buying, planning, retail development, global merchandising, and business transformation. Her career has spanned several prominent brands, including Michael Kors and Nautica, and began in the May Company Buying Program in Arlington, Virginia. She is a graduate of Penn State University with dual degrees in Business Marketing and Information Systems–Statistical Analysis.
Becky also serves on the Apparel & Retail Board at UNC Greensboro, where she helps shape the future of the industry through curriculum input, mentorship, and internship development.
