I have been with Mars, Inc for 21 years. In 2006 I was the proud owner of the new MARS Chocolate North America Data Synchronization initiative and successfully lifted the project off the ground. I proudly have been a former guest speaker at Global Standards Conferences. In 2023, I circled back to what I call my ‘true north’, having a natural curiosity in transforming data and processes into action. I rebranded my data sync team to GS1 Item Compliance to enhance the drive for data empowerment and have rebuilt a new team by taking the opportunity to strengthen the expertise as well as prepare to expand our future state within Mars. My current projects include Cost-To-Serve Model, enhancing GS1 Material Audits, OneMarsUS and strengthening first time right data across stakeholderships.

My diverse background connects the impact of data from E2E Supply Chain, Project Management, Functional Expert, Continuous Improvements, and multiple system implementations. I am passionate about the value data brings to a business and putting her stamp on developing, leading, and mentoring others. I have proudly served on multiple CPG Industry forums as a past Logistics and Supply Chain Manager. I practice deep problem solving to unearth root causes and brings forward corrective actions within the business.
