Dave has served as Senior Vice President and CIO at Wegmans since 2012. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of all information systems supporting the company. Prior to his role as CIO, he was Vice President of IT Development.
In his 36-year career with Wegmans, Dave has held numerous leadership roles in operations, support, and procurement across the organization, including Division Manager-New Jersey, Director of Continuous Improvement, and Group Manager Produce. He also spent several years in store operations.
Dave is a 1986 graduate of St. John Fisher College, where he earned a BS in Economics. He has been a member of the GS1 US Board of Governors since 2017. Additionally, he is a member of the FMI Technology Executive Committee.
Dave has been volunteering and supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester for many years and has been a board member since 2020.
Dave and his wife, Donna, live in Honeoye Falls, NY. They have three children living and working in NYC and Boston.
