LC Ede is Director of Sustainability Reporting and Data at Sysco, where she leads enterprise sustainability data, reporting, and technology initiatives supporting regulatory compliance, product transparency, and commercial sustainability strategy across global operations. Her work focuses on building scalable ESG data architecture and governance capabilities that integrate sustainability intelligence across sourcing, eCommerce, merchandising, and reporting platforms.

At Sysco, LC has led enterprise sustainability reporting and attribution initiatives spanning Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), sustainable product assortment reporting, product carbon footprinting, supplier sustainability data management, and global ESG reporting programs. She partners across Sustainability, Technology, Merchandising, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable and durable data systems.
