Joe Wagner is Co-Founder, President & CEO and Director of p-Chip Corporation, where he leads our mission to secure the identity, authenticity, and traceability of physical products and materials through our breakthrough microtransponder platform. With more than 25 years of executive leadership, corporate advisory, finance, M&A, capital formation, strategic planning, international project development, intellectual property asset management, and business development experience, Joe brings the operating discipline and deal-making judgment required to scale p-Chip across healthcare, life sciences, food authenticity, industrial value chains, and other high-compliance markets.

Joe earned a B.A. in Law and Society from Purdue University, Highest Distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.A. in Labor History and Industrial Relations from Northern Illinois University.
