Norma Crockett is the Director of Customer Success for GS1 US. With more than eighteen years of experience working in the US foodservice sector, both in manufacturing and at quick service restaurants, Ms. Crockett advises foodservice companies on GS1 Standards implementation best practices across their business.
Before joining GS1 US, she was the Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance for Noodles & Company, where she spearheaded the COVID response team, the recall management team and worked closely with suppliers and restaurants to respond to outbreaks, recalls, and product withdrawals. Due to her relentless commitment to food safety, Norma received the Noodles 2020 Nourish and Inspire award.
Prior to Noodles, Ms. Crockett also worked at Jack in the Box and Qdoba Mexican Grill in similar roles. Norma earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in Food Science and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
