Lisa Morales-Hellebo has spent more than 30 years obsessed with how things are made — and how they can be made better.
Her career spans technology, design, systems thinking, entrepreneurship, community building, and venture capital. She is the Founder and Managing General Partner of REFASHIOND Ventures, a New York–based early-stage fund that writes first institutional checks into startups transforming industrial value chains to work better for people, planet, and profits. The fund invests across Data & AI, Advanced Materials, Advanced Manufacturing, and Next-Generation Logistics, with a focus on defensible economic moats.
Lisa began her career in Silicon Valley during the first dot-com boom, pioneering mass customization and on-demand micromanufacturing for P&G at Reflect.com. She later founded the New York Fashion Tech Lab and co-founded the Worldwide Supply Chain Federation, reshaping how supply-chain leaders learn, collaborate, and adopt innovation globally. A Carnegie Mellon University alum and Techstars founder, she serves on accelerator boards and is widely recognized for her leadership in supply chain, ESG, and inclusive innovation.
