Antonio Lee is a global retail executive with more than 30 years of experience driving large scale operational and organizational transformation across international markets. In his role at PVH, he leads strategic operating initiatives for the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein businesses across the Americas and oversees the company’s Global Operations Center in Bangalore, India.

Mr. Lee began his career in the United States before relocating to Asia, where he spent 25 years working across South Korea, China, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. During this time, he became known for steering organizations through rapid growth, building high performance teams, and navigating some of the world’s most dynamic retail environments. He returned to the U.S. several years ago, bringing with him a deep global perspective and a track record of delivering results in complex, fast moving markets.

His leadership journey includes senior roles in supply chain, logistics, and technology at Fortune 500 companies such as Walmart and Coach, Inc., giving him a uniquely integrated view of global retail operations. Mr. Lee holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an Executive MBA from the University of Arkansas.

Beyond his corporate work, Mr. Lee serves on the board of GS1 and is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council at the Carlos Alvarez College of Business at his alma mater, where he remains committed to shaping and supporting the next generation of business leaders.
