Annette Santiago is a global leader driving strategy and cross‑functional alignment for GS1 standards adoption across Johnson & Johnson. She leads enterprise initiatives to advance One Product, One Barcode, One Scan, working across cross functional teams to enable consistent global execution. Annette has led comprehensive impact assessments for serialization, traceability ensuring readiness for evolving global regulations as well as voluntary adoption. Since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2005, Annette has held key roles in enterprise data management, new product introduction, and large‑scale program execution. She is an active contributor to the GS1 Healthcare Public Policy Work Team and the RxGPS Industry Forum, where she collaborates to advance harmonized standards and industry best practices. Annette is Green Belt certified and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
