Senthil Rajaratnam has been with Eli Lilly and Company for 22 years. In his current role as the Senior Director in Lilly’s Global Packaging organization, Senthil leads the serialization and product protection strategy and technology implementations. Senthil has deep knowledge and expertise on barcoding standards, packaging line systems, supply chain and distribution. Senthil is also part of various industry efforts to advocate for global harmonization of requirement and global standards to help industry and governments achieve cross-industry collaboration and ensure compliance.
