Leo Schmidt
A graduate of Loma Linda University, La Sierra Campus with a bachelor's degree in Computing Information Systems (1990), Leo embarked on a dynamic career with MBM Food Distribution in July 1990. Starting as a data processing clerk, Leo quickly advanced to roles of increasing responsibility, including customer service supervisor and manager.
In 2003, Leo transitioned to the corporate internal audit department, where he served until the end of 2006. From 2007 to 2012, Leo excelled as the Operations Manager, and following McLane Co.'s acquisition of MBM in 2012, he continued on with McLane as a Director of Operations and General Manager at one of the company's distribution centers in Southern California. In 2020, Leo joined the Corporate Operations Support team, continuing to contribute his extensive expertise and leadership skills.
