Prior to Syndigo, Simon was CEO of Superion a software provider to local governments. Simon led a comprehensive transformation establishing product innovation, go-to-market execution, operational excellence, and a high performing organization, which led to a multi-company merger that created CentralSquare, with #1 market share in public safety software. Before Superion, Simon led global business units at Verint, an omni-channel customer engagement software provider, and was a serial entrepreneur starting companies in cloud computing, retail in-store video analytics, and workforce optimization.
