Extensive experience in GS1-128 Barcode Traceability systems (FSMA 204), Food Manufacturing with expertise in management, production and planning. I was responsible for developing and maintaining the GS1-128 Traceability program, quality programs and processes for over 300 suppliers within our operation. This included working with supplier Product Development on cost reductions and scrap reduction.
