Lisa is responsible for leading The Kroger Co.’s technology strategy to enable End-to-End Fresh, Traceability, and Supply Chain Data and Visibility. This includes developing and advancing product capabilities that enhance the freshness, quality, safety, and visibility of Kroger’s products throughout the supply chain, from farm to customer.

Lisa is a product and innovation leader with almost 20 years of experience in retail, consumer brands, and media. In her current role as Director of Product Experience, she is responsible for
technology strategies that unlock product capabilities to enable fresh, traceability, and supply chain visibility. She previously led strategy for Kroger’s ecommerce accelerator where she
concepted and validated new digital-first business ventures to drive new revenue and cost savings for Kroger. Prior to Kroger, she held several leadership roles in product development, innovation, and partnerships, at Neutrogena, Sabra Dipping Company, Sakara Life, and Viacom Networks.

Lisa is passionate about supporting and helping to create pathways to advance females in business. She has made it a priority to mentor associates internally to help them navigate the
Kroger enterprise and advocate for themselves. Due to her wide range of experiences within the food and retail industry, Lisa also advises early-stage founders to help advance their business strategy, customer proposition, and proof of concept. She gravitates towards innovative, food-based concepts that can truly make an impact.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Lisa lives in Los Angeles with her two sons.
