                                                    As the VP Sales Operations (Global Supply Chain) at A & H Sportswear, a leading apparel manufacturer and retailer, I lead and manage the global operations and logistics for both wholesale and ecommerce channels. With over 25 years in the industry and 10 years of experience in this role, I have successfully implemented and rolled out new and updated technology platforms, such as PacD, TradeLink One, JotForm, Click Up, and Qlik View, to better serve our internal and external customers and optimize our processes and performance.
I also oversee the allocation, customer service, and sales support teams across North America and Europe, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction for our clients. Additionally, I have expanded and refined the use of RFID technology and B2B solutions for increased efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Furthermore, I have leveraged my skills in customer relationship management, sales analysis, data analytics, forecasting, and project management to drive growth and profitability for the company. I am passionate about finding innovative and effective solutions for complex business challenges and creating value for our stakeholders.
As the co-owner of Easton Outdoor Company, I build buy plans, create merchandising strategy along with floor and window allocation/design.
