As the Director of Master Data Management at Performance Food Group (PFG), I oversee the enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures for the item domain, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the organization. With over a decade of experience in data stewardship and management, I have successfully led the design, implementation, and migration to Informatica MDM, streamlined automated electronic workflows, and enriched third-party data acquisition from GDSN.

My mission is to leverage my expertise in enterprise data management, manufacturing process improvement, and food service to enhance the customer online purchasing experience, support data-centric projects and initiatives, and drive business value and growth for PFG. I also lead and motivate a remote team of data professionals, managing item data life cycle, data entry processes and controls, and data integration and conversion of acquisition companies. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing.
