Born and raised in southern California by two of the best parents and family members anyone could ever
ask for, I was taught to always respect and treat others the way I would like to be treated. I grew up enjoying all types of sports and went on to play baseball in junior college. Those strong ties to family and sports have taught me the values of teamwork and the importance of improving myself and others around me which provided me with the skills and experience to construct, grow, and lead a winning team. Along with being surrounded by other leaders and a great mentor, I believe it is those core values that help me succeed as an operations manager for Red Shell as we build a team to propel our company into the future.
