Elizabeth Waldorf is an industry leader experienced in directing the global traceability execution of supply chain distribution activities to meet serialization and traceability compliance requirements. She orchestrates the serialization regulatory surveillance and defines tactical solutions for local country teams. Elizabeth drives improvement in patient safety while maintaining operational efficiency with interoperability standards.

Elizabeth has managed cross functional teams in the delivery of enterprise solutions for Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain Operations. She specializes in compliance and risk management in the areas of Serialization, Track and Trace, Contracts & Pricing Management, Government Pricing & Reporting, Medicaid Rebates, Order to Cash, Reimbursement, Financial Audits, Import/Export and Commercial Sample Accountability. Elizabeth has been a portfolio manager, applications development and operations manager, enterprise business architect, business analyst and workstream lead. She specializes in process assessment, re-engineering and process automation.
