As the Director of Supply Chain Business Operations at Intermountain Healthcare, Cynthia is responsible for application design, training and optimization. Cynthia has led several system implementations from ERP and WMS to design and implementation of mobile platforms and robotic automation. Cynthia has led Intermountain as early adopters in UDI implementation from transactions to point of use capture. Cynthia brings over 35 years health care supply chain experience. She participates in the Healthcare Transformation Group (HTG), GS1 work groups and leadership team, AHRMM LUC, and other industry forums to promote industry standards and implementation of leading practices. Cynthia graduated from Brigham Young University is certified in TPS Lean, Continuous Improvement, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma. Cynthia is passionate about family, travel and education and serves as the CAO of Karl G. Maeser Preparatory Academy.
