Michele is currently Sr Supply Chain Analyst on the Manufacturing Operations & Data Services (MODS) team at Cencora. Her most recent work has been developing and owning the Standard Operating Procedure for DSCSA Global Location Numbers and EPCIS Onboarding. An experienced professional with a strong background in cross-functional collaboration between information technology and business teams, her expertise lies in resolving master data issues that require engagement from business units and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

As part of the Cencora’s Secure Supply Chain team, Michele works closely with the Leads of the Secure Supply Chain program to manage engagement, data collection, Customer EPCIS Onboarding and issue resolution with all pharmaceutical trading partners.

Michele has almost 20 years of experience in multiple roles within the Pharmaceutical and Supply Chain industries, including 9 years of experience working specifically with DSCSA regulations. Additionally, she has worked extensively with GS1 US on industry initiatives, fostering collaboration and best practices within the healthcare sector which has helped enable effective communication and problem-solving within complex supply chain networks.

Michele has a AS Special Education degree from Gloucester County College and obtained a BA in Business Studies and Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she was honored Summa Cum Laude, along with holding a Yellow Belt certification in process improvement methodologies. Michele possesses a strong focus on process improvement and actively identifies opportunities for enhancing internal workflows or implementing improvements both with internal and with our industry partners.
