I've worked in foodservice distribution for 40 years in a variety of roles. I've been largely focused on product and supplier data since 2000. I've been involved in the GS1 US Foodservice Initiative since the initial meetings and have worked in several Initiative work groups since that time. I'm currently a member of the GS1 Foodservice Executive Leadership Committee. I've been at UniPro for 10 years working on behalf of our 100+ GS1 engaged distributor member organizations to collect and make available complete and accurate product information and images.
