Melissa Hluchy is a Master Data Operations Manager within Enterprise Data Governance at Topco Associates, LLC. Acquiring over 20 years of experience in multiple roles within an SAP environment for both manufacturing and distribution companies. She has held leadership roles in the areas of Customer Service, Pricing, Master Data and Data Governance. Often being relied upon as the Subject Matter Expert for Master Data and Data Governance company initiatives. She also had leading roles for multiple company acquisitions and start-up company implementations in which she has built the groundwork for Data Governance programs. She has earned a Bachelor’s in Marketing from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master’s in Science & Management Leadership from National Louis University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering in the community, golfing, and long walks.
